dhcp server fedora 11

1. installing dhcp on fedora

#yum install dhcp

type "y" to install it

wait until complete

Complete! and finish.

2. configure your dhcp server

#gedit /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf

3. type your configuration in that file to configure your dhcp server

after that restart your dhcp service

#service dhcpd restart

4. testing your dhcp server with another system(ubuntu)

your dhcp server is running well. the ubuntu system get dynamic ip from dhcp server.
